M’DOWBLL.—On August 28, 1932, at her parents’ residence, 44 Russell street, Elsie, beloved wife of Alien M’Dowell, Watt's road, North-East Valley, and second youngest daughter of Herbert and Sarah Harris t aged 22 years. Deeply mourned.—Private interment. —Hope and Kinaston, undertakers. NEWMAN—On August 29, 1932, at " Clovelly,” Nelson terrace, Tlmaru, Maud, Mabel, wife of J. P. Newman, and daughter of the late P. J. Garrick, Christchurch; in her sixty-sixth year.
