Mr Kopelson', a storekeeper, of Los Angeles, was recently suing a canning company for £3OO damages following the explosion, of a tin of herrings in his shop. Mr Kopelson says that the “ tin of fish shot upward like a rocket, fell like a meteorite, struck him on the head, and felled him to the floor.’"
