SUPPRESSING BANDITRY * TASK OF JAPANESE TROOPS. PEKING,. April 14. It will take two or three years to clear North Manchuria of bandits, and (he task will require 100,000 troops. This is the opinion expressed by General Tamon, commander of the Japanese second division, in a press interview. General Tamon accused the Soviet authorities of hampering Japanese attempts to restore order.
