Once again Jersey’s income tax is fixed at Cul in the £. the yield in a full year being £OO,OOO. The revenue in the island from the tax on wines, spirits, and tobacco is £150.000. There is also a visitors’ tax of Is a head. Medical practitioners recommend "Huia”—the only Otago Butter that contains iodised salt.—Advt.
