STEP TOWARDS RECOVERY CLOSER ECONOMIC RELATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 21. (Received March 22, at 5.5 p.m.) In the House of Commons the Foreign Secretary (Sir John Simon), replying to questions, said that the subject of closer economic relations between the Danubian States with a view to assisting their financial recovery was under active consideration by the Powers principally interested, including Britain. He would make no announcement at the moment, but he gave an assurance that the work of the Ottawa Conference would not be prejudiced.
