THE NAZI LEADERS

PREPARING FOR CIVIL WAR PLAN TO SURROUND BERLIN. LONDON, March 20. The Sun-Herald’s Berlin correspondent says that despite denials by Herr Hitler and other leaders, the Nazis are undoubtedly preparing for civil war. The evidence against them is overwhelming. Vorwarts details military preparations in Hanover which are duplicated throughout Germany, embodying complete plans to seize arms, stores, communications, and transport and to converge on given points. There will be no march on Berlin because workmen could easily destroy them by street fighting and a general strike, paralysing any Nazi effort to run the public services. They plan to surround Berlin and reduce it by isolation.
