FLOWER SHOW

MORNINGTON SCHOOL The twenty-sixth annual flower show of the Mornington Public School was held in the school gymnasium on Thursday afternoon. There was an excellent attendance of friends of the school, the capacity of the hall being taxed to its utmost. The tastefully-arranged flower stalls presented a very pleasing appearance. All sections were well represented, and in the opinion of the judges the quality throughout was good. On the whole, the show was a distinct success, and should add materially to the school funds. In the floral and vegetable sections Messrs Hollingworth and Roy acted as judges, and in the cooking section the judge was Miss Park. The following is the prize list; —
