FACULTY OF COMMERCE
The annual general meeting of the Otago University Commerce Debating Society was held on Friday in the lower Olliver Hall. Mr E. J. Thomson presided over a fair gathering of students. ■ The annual report and balance sheet were read and adopted, after which the executive for the incoming year was elected as follows: —President, Mr B. E. Guthrie; vice-presidents, Messrs R. J. Cook and E. J. Thomson; secretary, Mr W. S. Gilkieson; committee—Miss P. Coombs and Messrs R. Douglas and W. T. Doig.
