TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —I am altogether out of step with one of the suggestions, as advertised, signed by Mr F. O’Rorke. In fact, I look upon it as in very bad taste; and wonder who gave him the right to offer such ill-adyice to returned men to, as he expresses it, “put up your medals,” and presumably follow Mr O’Rorke. As one of the ex-soldiers so advised I say “Declined with thanks,” and I estimate wa can all, look forward with hope, in the coming legislation, of gaining better living conditions. Therefore, just a little more patience, boys!—l am, etc.. Pimpernel.
