Two pythons fought for a chicken at the Hagenbeclc Zoo, near Hamburg, in Germany. One of them won. The other, enraged at losing its breakfast, rushed at the winner and slowly and methodically swallowed both it and the chicken. There are 1139 parishes in Britain, each with a population of over 5000, where there is no curate to help the vicar or rector.
