BETTER TRADE RELATIONS DISCUSSIONS IN LONDON. LONDON, January 13. Mr Walter Runciman (President of the Board of Trade) discussed with Mr Patrick M'Gilligan (Minister of Trade) and Mr Patrick Hogan (Minister _of Agriculture) the question of an improvement in Anglo-Irish trade relations in connection with the development of intercommonwealth trade.
