FINAL PLENARY SESSION MESSAGE FROM THE KING (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, January 12, (Received Jan. 13, at 5.5 p.m.) The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald) presiding at the final plenary session of the Burma Conference, prefaced his statement and Government policy by communicating to the conference a message from the King in which his Majesty expressed formal thanks for the loyal message sent by the conference, adding: “Having followed with close interest your proceedings I realise how varied and complex are the problems which call for solution between the Governments of Burma and India. I earnestly trust that the result of your deliberations will be further prosperity and the development of your country, and at the conclusion of your labours I send you best wishes for a safe return to your home.” "
