Stockley, finished third in the 100 Yards Championship of New South Wales. The winner was Molly Mitchell. Time, linin 6 l-ssec. The 220 Yards Breaststroke Championship was won by Clair Dennis in 3min 12 2-ssec—an Australian record. The 100 Yards Backstroke Championship was Avon by Bonnie Mealing. A golf ball struck a motorist, of Fulham, London, as he Avas driving over Epsom Downs, smashing his spectacles and causing glass to enter his eye. He pulled up the car without injuring anyone. Yet another long service record is claimed by a firm at Stroud, Gloucestershire, Avhieh has had members of one family Avorking for it for 374 years spread over the father, mother, and children.
