PROFESSIONAL TOURNAMENT TILDEN IN THE FINAL. NEW YORK, January 9. (Received Jan. 10, at 5.5 p.m.) In the eastern professional lawn tennis championships at Philadelphia Tilden advanced to the finals by defeating Burke, the Irish champion, 6—l, I—6,1 —6, 6—3, 6 —3. Hans Nusselin (Germany) also entered the final by defeating Emmet Pare, 6—3, 6—2, 6—3. Tilden and Hunter defeated Burke and Pare, 6—l, 6—3, I—o, 4 —6, 6—4; Nusselin and Najuch defeated Seller and Behr, o—o, 9—7, o—3.
