SUNDAY SERVICES

The preacher at Knox Church tomorrow at both services will be Principal Dickie. At the evening service Miss Irene Horniblow will sing “0, Divine Redeemer.” > • At First Church to-morrow the Rev, W. Allen Stevely will preach in the morning on “ The New Song ” and in the evening on “What Are Your Resolves for 1932 ? ” Dr Galway will be at the organ, and in the evening Miss Evelyn Shepard will sing “On My Shepherd I Rely” (J. S. Bach). At York Place Hall Mr Loudon will take as the title of his address in the evening “An Estimate of Christ.” At the St. Clair Methodist Church the services will be conducted by the Rev. W. H. Greenslade and Mr R. F. Driver. The Rev. J. L. Boulton Smith, of the Vivian Street (Wellington) Baptist Church, will conduct the evening service at the Hanover Street Baptist Church tomorrow evening. The Rev. H. L. Blamires will conduct both services at Cargill Road Methodist Church. “The King’s Highway” will be the evening subject. At the St. Kilda Methodist Church the Rev. Percy Paris will conduct both services, preaching in the morning on “The Christian’s Possessions,” and in the evening on “ The New Replacing the Old.” First Church of Christ Scientist Dunedin, branch of the Mother Church, Boston, will hold services in Allbell Chambers, Stuart street, at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. to-morrow. The subject will be “ Sacrament.” During this month the Congregationalists and Wesleyans are holding combined services alternately in the Congregational and Trinity Methodist Churches. Tomorrow divine worship will be conducted by the Rev. H. E. Bellhouse in the Moray Place Congregational Church, his morning and evening subjects being “The World Without a Church ” and “ The Sin of Low Expectation ” respectively. Miss Evelyn Shepard will sing Gounod’s “There is a Green Hill.” . The Central Mission services at the Octagon Hall will be conducted by the Rev. A. E. Orr in the morning and the Rev. W, H. Greenslade in the evening. Miss Rita Holmes and Miss Anita Winkel will assist at the evening service. Communion will be held at the close of the evening service. Adjutant Tong will address the morning service at the Salvation Army, Dowling street, on “A Duty,' and evening service on “ The World s Saviour. The afternoon service will be conducted by Bro. H. Tong, of Palmerston North.
