was screened last year at the Regent Theatre. “ Palmy Days ” will open with a midnight matinee at the Regent on Thursday, January 14. Other United Artists’ pictures to follow shortly at th® Regent Theatre will be “ Street Scene,” the Pulitzer prize drama; “The Unholy Garden,” starring Ronald Colman; “Tonight or Never,” with Gloria Swanson; ■“ Corsair,” a sea story, with Chester Morris; “Scar face”; “The Age for Love * with Billie Dove; and “ The Front Page,” starring Adolphe Menjou.
