Highland Exiles After having been out of print for five years. “ The Lone Shieling ” has been reissued in a cheap edition. This boat song of Highlander exiles was transcribed from Blackwood, of September, 1829, by Walter G. F. Dewar. A musical setting was composed by Alan Burr, and renderings in Greek verse were supplied by Harold A. Perry, and in Latin by Lord Francis Hervey—the latter adding a critical inquiry into the authorship of the poem. To this second edition Mr Harold Perry has written a new preface.
