QUEENSTOWN NOTES

(From Odr Own Correspondent.) QUEENSTOWN, December 29. BOWLING. The following are the details of the second tournament played on the Tourest Department’s green in the Domain on Monday. The green was a little heavy in the morning, but was greatly improved in the afternoon, and presented a real bowler’s surface. The weather was perfect:—C. Ruhen, T. Davidson, W. Will and Nisbet were undefeated in the four rounds and played off for first and second prizes. A full 21 heads was played, and after an interesting game Will was victorious by 18 points to 14. MIXED RINKS TOURNAMENT. A mixed rinks tournament (two ladies and two men), ladies skipping, took place on Tuesday. The ladies belong mainly to Dunedin clubs, and the men have already played in the tournaments. The Weather was fine. The following are the details:— Eccles, Mrs S.
