(Received Dec. 30, at 10.30 p.m.) The City Tattersall’s Club began its two-day meeting to-day at Rand wick in line weather. Following arc the results: — CARRINGTON STAKES.—Greenline, 10.5 (Pike), 1; Old Ming, 7.9 (Cook), 2; Royal Park, 7.10 (Knox), 3. Twelve started, including Pent-hens, High Disdain, Holdfast, and, Tom Pinch. Taking charge a furlong from home, Greenline lasted long enough to win by a neck from Old Ming, with half a length between second and third. High Disdain was fourth. Time, Imin 124 sec. DENMAN HANDICAP.—Cathmar, 8.8 (Webster), 1; Attar, 7.2 (Finch), 2; Potent, 7.2 (Hickey)., 3. Eight started. Won by three-quarters of a length, with a head between second and third. Time, 2min 4;]sec.
