PENALTY OF £IOO IMPOSED (Per United Press . Association ) AUCKLAND, December 30. Following a raid by detectives, Thomas Currau, aged 54, a tobacconist, of Hobson street, appeared before Mr E. U. Cutten, S.M., in the Police Court to-day charged with using his premises as a common gaming house.
