PHAR LAP’S PROGRAMME

(United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SAN FRANCISCO, December 28. Mr H. Davis (part owner) declares that Phar Lap will sail for San Francisco as scheduled. Ho declined to make any further comment or discuss his conference with Mr Crofton. ; ; It is not expected that Phar Lap will be taken from San Francisco' to Agua Caliente for several weeks after his arrival. ENTERED FOR ELEVEN RACES. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, December 29. According to Mr W. M. Neilspn, veterinary surgeon in charge of Phar Lap, the horse will be put on board the Monowai to-day. and throughout the voyage to San Francisco will be housed in a speciallyprepared box situated on one of the top decks. He will be fed with New Zealand grass. The box will be floored with sand, and provision will be made for an exercise yard, which will also be floored with sand. Mr Neilson said the horse has been entered for 11 big races m America.
