IN CONTROL OF MUTINEERS MEN DEMAND INCREASED PAY. . SANTIAGO, September 2. (Received Sept. 3, at 8.30 p.m.) Mutinous sailors, headed, by a few officers, the others being imprisoned, are in complete control of the Chilean Navy, which is riding at anchor in Coquimbo Harbour ready to steam out to sea if the Government does not meet the men’s demands.' The . mutineers have their headquarters in the battleship Almirante de Latorre. They ask for increased pay, the return of ex-Prcsident Ibanez for trial, a levy upon wealthy citizens for, balancing the Budget, the seizure of large estates, etc. The Government has given the mutineers until 4 o’clock to-morrow morning to surrender, after which they will send air forces to attack the ships. The Cabinet of Acting-president Trucco in the meantime has verbally presented its resignation. _ . V, • CHILEAN "CABINET RESIGNS. SANTIAGO, September 2. (Received Sept. 3, at 8 p.m.) The Chilean Cabinet resigned on Wednesday night, and a special session of Congress has been called for Thursday to decide on the declaration of a state of siege, which was asked for by the Act-ing-President. ;
