OTAGO HUNT CLUB BALL

Hunt Club was held, .yesterday, evening *at 'Tudor Hall, and proved to be one of the jolliest and most.successful functions held this season, over < 300 members and their friends attending. The - decorations .of the hall were:.distinctly "hunting" in flavour, and the music dispensed by the Savoy Orchestra, under the conductorship of Mr Arthur Frost, was most appropriate to the function. -The presentation of the oups won during the season was! made by Mr J. Trengrove in a happy little' speech, - and later Mr Arthur 'M-Doiiald" rendered in a very Spirited manner the famous hunting song, "John Peel," in the chorus of which the ; whole assemblage joined.
