A SENSATIONAL FALL DEALINGS IN CHICAGO. CHICAGO, August 8. (Received August 9, at 7 p.m.)One of the most sensational falls in the price of cotton occurred at the Board of Trade here to-day, when the commodity dropped 156 points, or 780 cents per bale, the lowest level for 31 years. Upon , the Government estimate this year’s crop will total 15,584,000 bales, agairist 12,932,000 bales in 1930. October options closed at 6.84 cents per lb, compared with 8.17 yesterday.
