DAWSON-HAMBOURG CONCERT

To-night at the Town Hall Peter Dawson and Mark Hambourg will bring to a close their remarkably successful season in Dunedin. An excellent programme has been arranged, and many request items will be given. Mr Dawson will sing the recit “I Rage, I, Melt, I Burn ; air,. “0 Ruddier than the Cherry” (Handel); “ Vision Fugitive ” (Massenet); , Bhnde Kuh” (Brahms); “Oliebliche Waugen (Brahms); ‘‘Lights Out” (Gurney); “The Fairy-Lough” (Stanford); The Donkey” (Besley); “Kangaroo and; Dingo” (Edward German); and as en-* cores, “The Floral Dance,” ‘‘l Travel the Hoard,” “Boots” (Kipling), ‘ The LutePlayer.” Mr Mark Hambourg will play., some of his finest numbers, and a special;; feature of the concert will be the beauti---ful Sonata in C sharp, minor Op. 27, ho., 2 (“The Moonlight Sonata, Beethoven).* Six Preludes; “Nocturne in B major, *, “Mazurka in B minor,” Waltz, in A* flat” (Chopin). “Widmung” (Schumann--. Liszt), “Lullaby” (Cyril Scott), The; Handkerchief Dance” (Grainger), and by* special request will play “The Wedding,.
