FLOODS IN THE NORTH
GOVERNOR-GENEE AL DELAYED. (Per United Press Association.) GISBORNE, June 18. All the service cars on the northern route were held up by flooded streams this morning. The Governor-General and party, who spent the night at Motu. were unable to reach Gisborne by road, and arrangements will be made for their conveyance by epecial train from Motuhora,
