Lew Cody, the firm actor, has asked for'-Sfinal distribution of the £13,287 estate of his wife, the late Mabel Normand, in a petition filed in the Probate Court at Los Angeles. Only 4s of this estate is left to Mr Cody, the will stating that he was already provided for. The balance, consisting chiefly of Beverly Hills real estate and jewellery, will go to Mrs Mary Drury Normand, mother of the actress.
