RUAHINE FROM ENGLAND. A radio message received by the New Zealand Shipping Company from the captain of the Buahlne states that the vessel now expects to arrlye at Auckland this morning from London and Southampton. BEMUEBA LEAVES PANAMA. Cable advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Coiripany states that the Bemuera, en route from Auckland to Southampton and London, arrived at Panama on June 10 and cleared the canal the same day. The vessel, left Auckland on May 23. / ' -. r SYDNEY-NEW ZEALAND SERVICE. The Union, Company has received advice that the Marama left Sydney on Friday afternoon for Auckland and Wellington. The motor ship Opawa, the third of the modern cargo liners recently built to the order of the New Zealand Shipping Company, and at present on-her'maiden voyage to New Zealand from Liverpool, arrived at Panama on June 5 hnd sailed again the following day. The Canadian National steamer Canadian Transporter, en route to New Zealand from Montreal, which sailed on May 24, arrived at Panama‘on June 5, and sailed on the following day in continuation of her voyage. Williams Is In command of the motor ship Coptic, which arrived at Auckland yesterday from Liverpool. <•— STEAMER MILLUNA SOLD. , The Adelaide Steamship Company’s cargo steamer Milluna, which has been tied up at Sydney for some considerable time, and has also been reported sold on different occasions, is at last reported sold to foreign buyers through London brokers. The Milluna has been docked for Inspection and also cleaning. The Milluna, which was formerly known as the Pranzlska, Is a vessel of 5681 tons, and was built at Geestemunde In 1914. NEWCASTLE COAL SHIPMENTS. The ' largest quantity of coal. Including bunkers, since last July, was shipped at Newcastle for places beyond the State during May, says the Daily Commercial News and Shipping List. The aggregate for July was the highest for two years. The total for May, 1928, was 231,761 tons. Details' ' Tons.

lONIC AT PORT CHALMERS. An arrival on Saturday was the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner lonic, from London and Southampton, via Colon, Panama, Auckland, Wellington and Lyttelton. The vessel was berthed at the George street wharf, Port Chalmers, where the Dunedin portion of her Home cargo will be discharged and products loaded for England.. The lonic had an uneventful voyage, fair weather being experienced throughout the trip until the New Zealand coast was reached, when bad weather caused a slight delay. The lonic Is commanded by Captain W. S. Hodgson, the other officers being as follow: Chief, Mr H. 0. Griffiths; first, Mr B. Stephens; second, Mr N. Tugwell; third/ Mr P. Keene; chief engineer, Mt W. Scott; second, Mr H. Warren: third, Mr W. Sankey; purser, Mr E. W. Kettle; chief steward, Mr H. Bristow: wireless operator, Mr H. Francis. The lonic will leave hence for Bluff to complete discharge and continue loading. She will also load at Lyttelton, New Plymouth and Wellington, and will sail finally from the latter port on July 2 for Southampton and London, via Panama.
