N£W REGIME'S REDUCTIONS MADRID, June 11. (Received June 12, at 10 p.m.) An army gazette announces that tha Spanish Army, as a result of the new regime’s reductions, now totals 4673 officers and .100,447 men, compared with King Alfonso’s 19,827 officers and 384,212 men. V
