COUNSEL ATTACKED
SENSATIONAL COURT FIGHT. Prosecuting counsel, holding a dozen accused men at bay at the point of a revolver, was the amazing scene which took place in the law courts at Breslau recently. Peter Dziubek and 12 other men were on trial on charges of fraud, and the prosecuting counsel was asking that a term of four years’ imprisonment be inflicted on the accused men, when Dziubek suddenly sprang at him from the dock. Dziubek was followed by the 12 other men. who attacked other counsel, and a general melee occurred, during which the prosecuting counsel drew a revolver and checked Dziubek with the command. “Hands up.” wdiich he obeyed. Court officials and policem'n had by now entered the fray and managed to restore some degree of ordej by seizing the other accused The trial, however, had to be suspended.
