REPORTS FROM NORTHERN CENTRES. I (Special to Dajlv Times.) AUCKLAND, June 12. A light! north-east wind and showery weather prevailed this morning. The conditions improved in the afternoon, but the sky continued dull and threatening. The barometer is rising and registers 30.10 in. WELLINGTON, June 12.. The' weather in Wellington to-day broke fine and clear, but early in the morning became overcast and drizzling rain had set in by the afternoon, which continued during the evening. The wind was from the north. CHRISTCHURCH, June 12. To-day was grey and cold, and there was a sprinkling of rain after lunch. The maximum temperature was 46 degrees. The wind was light from the north-east. The barometer is falling, and now reads 29.63 in.
