“ I am willing to fight him in Seymour place, andai should like the magistrate to referee xP” Mr Hay Halkett, the surprised Mafylebone magistrate, smilingly declined this suggestion by an amateur
wrestler in court recently. The wrestler, Byron Maurice Bayly, summoned Charles Walter Clover for assault, saying that Clover ejected him from a lecture room.
