NEW LONG DRESSES
DISLIKED BY THE QUEEN. GREAT SURPRISE CAUSED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegrapn—Copyright.) LONDON, February 20. The Queen caused a great surprise by declaring her dislike for the new long dresses. While watching a manikin parade at the artificial silk exhibition at Albert Hall she said: “I like frocks of a medium length that come just above the ankle.” , It is noticed that her Majesty at present is wearing her dresses shorter than a while ago.
