RIFLE SHOOTING.

KIWI DEFENCE CLUB. The third and final competition of the Greenfield Memorial match was concluded last Saturday afternoon by members of the above club. Mills made the top score at this range with 45, which was composed as follows: —5, 5,.4, 5,4, 4, 4,4, 5, 5. President Silvius. Riflemen A. Warburton, N. Jones, and H. Stinson all returned the same totals. At 600 yards Rifleman W. Mills was again top scorer with 48—5, 5, 4. 5,5, 5,5, 5,4, 5. Rifleman F. Clayton made the same total, but finished with an “inner.” Riflemen L. Ogg and R. Bowie both shot well for 46 each, while 45’s were obtained by Riflemen H. Tattersfield, W. Crimp, and C. M'Keich. Top score for the day went to Rifleman W. Mills with 93 (45, 48). /In the B Grade. Rifleman L. Ogg headed the list with 89 (43, 46). The match was won by Rifleman W.
