Swearing in council houses has been banned at Minehead, Somerset. A tenweeks ago the tenant of a house had a tiff in which bad language was used. His neighbours could; hear through the walls, and now the Minehead Council has officially warned the tenant that he will have to quit the house if swearing occurs again.
