Mr Henry Hoffman, a 90-year-old cabinet maker, of Brynmawr, Monmouthshire, Wales, lately completed 82 years’ work at his trade. He came from Germany with his parents to Brynmawr when he was 14 years of age, and was apprenticed to the furniture trade, in which he has worked ever since.
