She will go Into dock at Port Chalmers for overhaul. The Breeze is due at Dunedin on Saturday morning from Wellington, and will sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Union Company’s steamer Karepo will load at Auckland about next Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. The Opihi will load at Dunedin on Monday fort Nelson and New Plymouth, via ports. The Waimarinn, from Auckland, Is due here on Sunday, and will load on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton Wellington and Auckland. Having discharged the remainder of her cargo from Pacific coast ports, the American steamer Golden Cloud sailed yesterday afternoon for Sydney. The Intercolonial steamer Maheno sailed yesterday afternoon for Lyttelton, Wellington, Bluff, and Melbourne. On her next trip to New Zealand from Melbourne the Maheno will be withdrawn. The Scales chartered motor ship AngloCanadian, after loading about 7000 bales of wool, left Port Chalmers last evening for Timaru to complete loading for Dunkirk, Hull, and London. Tho Holmdale arrived at Port Chalmers early yesterday morning from Wanganui and Wellington, and after discharging a quantity of coal came to Dunedin to load general cargo. She sailed last night for Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton to complete loading for Wellington and Wanganui. Having completed her Homeward loading, the Shaw, Savill liner lonic left Auckland last Saturday afternoon for Southampton and London, via the Panama canal. The Shaw, Savill steamer Mamllius arrived at Wanganui last Saturday morning from Brisbane to commence her Homeward loading. She will subsequently complete at Bluff, Wellington, Napier, and Auckland, ami is scheduled to clear the latter port finally on March 11 for London, via the Panama canal. ————«S*» —— TAINUI LEAVES BALBOA. The Tainui, en route from Southampton with passengers and cargo for New Zealand, sailed from Balboa last Saturday afternoon. She Is due at Auckland about March 7. THE ORARI. The Orari, the second of the two motor liners ordered by the New Zealand Shipping Company, will leave Liverpool on March 14 for New Zealand ports. She is coming out under the agency of the Federal Company.

OTAIO DUE TO-MORROW. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Otalo arrived at Lyttelton yesterday morning from Liverpool via Auckland and Wellington. To continue discharge of her cargo of case oil from Port Arthur and San Pedro, the Texas Oil Company's chartered steamer Haleric arrived in the stream at Wellington early on Monday morning from Auckland. She will later proceed to Lyttelton. Dunedin, and Australia to complete discharge, being duo at this port tomorrow. MONOWAI AT SAN FRANCISCO. The ’Union Company has received cable advice .that its liner Monowai, from Sydney and Wellington, arrived at San Francisco at 9 a.m. on February 33. She sailed yesterday for Papeete, Rarotonga, Wellington, and Sydney, and is due at Wellington on March 9. PORT ALMA LEAVES SUVA. Messrs J. W. Swift and Co. advise that the Commonwealth and Dominion Line’s motor ship Port Alma, from London, left Suva on Tuesday afternoon direct for Port Chalmers, where she is due next Monday morning. She will later proceed to Lyttelton and Bluff to complete discharge. PORT PIRIE DISCHARGING. To continue discharge of general cargo from New York and bitumen from Tampico, the C. and D. Line steamer Port Pirle arrived at Wellington on Monday from Auckland. She will leave Wellington again to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received advice that the Ellerman-Hall Lino steamer City of Swansea Is scheduled to leave New York on March 16 for Auckland, Wellington. Line’s chartered steamer City of Dieppe, en route from New York with general cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, is reported to have cleared Panama last Wednesday. PORT DUNEDIN LOADING WOOL. The Commonwealth and Dominion Lino’s motor ship Port Dunedin arrived at Port Chalmers early yesterday morning from Bluff to load wool for Homo ports. From Port Chalmers she will proceed to Wellington to complete her loading. HERMINIUS ARRIVES. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion steamer Herminlus arrived at Port Chalmers yesterday to continue loading for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow. She recently arrived at Auckland with a full cargo of basic slag from Antwerp for discharge at the northern port. The Herminlus left Antwerp on December 21 after being delayed 24 hours by dense fog. Indifferent weather was experienced to Panama canal, which was reached on January 8, the average speed having been 11.37 knots. Pine weather was met with in the Pacific until three days before her arrival at Auckland, when a south-westerly gale and heavy seas were encountered. Her average speed across the Pacific was 12.3 knots. Captain T. V. Roberts is in command of the Hcrminius, Air P. A. Smith is chief officer, Air S, A. Widdrington is chief engineer, and Air Brereton is chief steward. She Is scheduled to clear Wellington for London on Alarch 4. INTERCOLONIAL CARGO SERVICE. The following are the movements of Union Company vessels in the intercolonial cargo service;— The Kalingo was to have left Sydney on Saturday for Coff’s Harbour and Newcastle to load for Aliraraar and Wellington. The Kartigl left Auckland on Saturday for Westport and Greymouth, thence to Alelbourno, Adelaide, Edithburg, and Alelbourne to load for Auckland and Dunedin. The Katoa left Westport on Saturday for Sydney, thence to Newcastle and Sydney to load for Dunedin, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Poolta, from Wellington, was due at Grafton on Saturday.
