SWIMMING.
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. WANGANUI REPRESENTATIVES. (Per United Press Association.) WANGANUI, February 18. The following swimmers have been selected to represent Wanganui in the New Zealand senior national swimming championships to be held at Wanganui during the first week of March:— L. Smith —220 Yards Men’s Breaststroke. V. B. Haworth —100 Yards, men. H. Gowan —220 Yards, 440 Yards, and 880 Yards, men. Miss D. Anderson—All ladies’ freestyle events. Miss J. Whyman —Ladies’ Backstroke. H. Brewer —Men’s Dive. A team will also be entered in the water polo championship and in the flying squadron.
