NELSON’S PREMISES
SEARCHED BY POLICE. TWO CHARGES PREFERRED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) APIA, January 22. A search of the premises was followed by police action against Nelson’s on two charges preferred under the Seditious Organisations Ordinance, 1930. A remand was granted until January 20. The case was heard before Chief Justice Luxford.
