The annual breaking-up ceremony of the Kelsey-Yaralla Free Kindergarten was held yesterday morning. Mrs H. W, Bundle presiding. After welcoming those present, Mrs Bundle complimented the staff on the excellent work that had been carried out during the year, and expressed regret that the directress (Miss M'Donald) was unable to be present at the gathering. The Mayoress (MrsR.S. Black) also spoke briefly, after which an entertaining programme of songs, nursery rhymes, and drill evolutions were presented by the children. A Christmas tree was a centre of attraction and the parents present were the recipients of novel and useful gifts from the children.
