NEW CHINESE TARIFF
EFFECTIVE IN NEW YEAR. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) ' SHANGHAI, November 30. The new tariff schedule which was passed by the Government, and is to become effective in the new year, increases the Customs revenue by 100,000,000 dollars. Seven hundred articles are affected. ■
