BRAVERY REWARDED.
DECORATIONS FOR SCOUTS. (Pee United Pbess Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, December 1. The Chief Scout, Lord Baden-Powell, has advanced the association’s silver cross to Scouts David - Corstotphine, Basil Crosby and Lymbnrn Cowan, for rescuing three boys from drowning in the Mangnpapa River, Gisborne, on December 20, 1929. The Scouts will receive their decorations from the Chief Scout at the Wellington rally on February 28.
