SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS. COMMITTEE MAKES PROGRESS. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) . (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, November 28. (Received Nov. 29, at 5.5 p.m.) A communique regarding the AngloSoviet Debts and Claims . Committee, which held its seventh meeting yesterday, states that in respect to the allocation of claims and counter-claims among the various sub-committees substantial progress has been made and now only two questions remain to be settled. One deals with claims by the Soviet Government and the other with those by private Soviet citizens for losses and damages caused by intervention.
