VOYAGE! TO NEW ZEALAND. (Prom Odr Own Correspondent.) -cruTo n- CONDON, October 23. H.M.S* Diomede left Sheerness yesterday for New Zealand. The first port of call will b e Gibraltar, where a day or two will be spent taking in oil. After crossing the Atlantic, the ship will call at Jamaica and Balboa. Nukahiva, in the Marquesas Islands, and Boro Boro will be visited in the Pacific, and at some point the ship will be supplied with oil by the oil ship, -Nucma. 1 T J le Di ° mede , is cI,Ie to arrive at Auckr .u on ,P c J cem f ,er 20, when the majority of the ships crew will be due for Christmas leave. There are 20 officers on board and 350 ratings. The latter include 150 New Zealand ratings who came over with the ship and have since been taking courses in Emrland. The other 200 are on loan to the New Zealand Division. Some sixty or seventy of these will return by H'M S Dunedin, and the remainder will be serving in New Zealand for three years
