ASSOUAN DAM
PROPOSALS FOR COMPLETION. (United Press , Association,) (By 'Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, October 4. (Received Oct. 5, at 9 p.m.) The Norton-Griffiths Company has ' submitted a proposal, that the Egyptian Government should carry on the Assouan dam, the company to provide money for a 10 per cent, increase in the contract price.
