LONDON, October 2, Prior to proceeding to London from (rlamis, the Duke and Duchess of York called at the village post office and registered the birth of Princess Margaret who was- the fourteenth on the register. If she had been registered within the statutory period of 21 days she would have been the thirteenth. The registrar is the village grocer.
