NEW FASCIST MEMBER. A PRIVATELY-OWNED AR.MY. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph-Copy right) VIENNA, October 2. Prince Siarheinberg, the new Young Fascist Minister of the'lnterior, and one of the' wealthiest landowners in Austria, privately maintains a jaeger regiment of 1200 men. These marched through the city accompanied by torch bearers acclaiming the new Minister, who, addressing them, said he would not hesitate to call on the troops to lead a relentless war against Bolshevism and Marxism.
The moderate press is appealing to Herr Schrober to lead the centre block in the approaching elections against both the Fascists and the Socialists.
