ULIMAROA FOR SYDNEY.
ONLY 98 PASSENGERS. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 3. The Ulimaroa, which left Wellington for Sydney to-dny at noon, carried only 08 passengers in the two classes. This is said to be the smallest number of passengers which has left Wellington for Sydney on the Ulimaroa during the past four years. Accommodation was made on the Sydney boat for 20 passengers from the Rangitata, which arrived at Wellington this morning from Southampton, but because of the difficulty in transferring luggage from one boat to the other only about six of those expected sailed on the Ulimaroa.
