LARGER EVENING BAGS.

Evening hags are at last becoming a sensible shape (says a writer in the Adelaide Leader). Too long have we played round with bags so ridiculously small that only half of what was needed could be carried; if compact, puff, comb, handkerchief, and lipstick were thrust in, then - the bag looked lumpy and ugly. Now the vagabond shape is being adopted for evening bags, and though they are as big as a small wallet, they do not look at all clumsv with evening drees, because they are so beautifully trimmed with hand embroidery and beads. Petit point, or fine cross stitch, is also used for some of the evening wallets.
