THE LATEST IN FRANCE. NEW BRAND OF CIGARS. (United .Press Association.) (By Electric 'Telegraph—-Copyright.) PARIS, September 30. M. Blondeau, who is. connected with the Stata tobacco monopoly, declares that fashionable women will 'soon be smoking cigars. A new cigar of the finest texture and delicately perfumed is: now on the market. M. Blondeau, as the result of a tour of the French resorts, says that women are natural cigar smokers.
